"I’ve learned to enjoy my laptop, to be more adventurous in finding my way around. I had thought that if I didn’t know how to do/find something then I couldn’t do it.

It all started early this year, when I spotted an"Online Owls" poster offering help with computers. I had been given an old PC, but was struggling, especially with Internet use.
